New Patients
If you are a new patient who has been referred for radiation treatment, you’ve come to the right place. Below, we’ve provided information and resource links to help you establish care.

Your First Appointment
Your first appointment will last between one and two hours and will involve patient registration paperwork, meeting with your care team and radiation oncologist, and ensuring that you have ample time to ask questions.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and bring the following:
- Names of other doctors and phone numbers
- Insurance cards
- Medical history
- List of medications you are currently taking
- Driver’s license, military ID, or passport for photo identification
We provide assistance with insurance including pre-authorization, pre-certification for services, and assistance determining benefits. Please call if you have any questions.

Existing Patients
If you are an existing patient, you can access the patient portal using the Noona app. If you have not yet activated your account, please check in with staff at the front desk. They can provide you with a registration invitation.
